Altitude seeks to back entrepreneurs and management teams to realise their growth potential. We not only provide capital, but bring financial and strategic experience to help develop the business.
We specialise in investing up to £3m in established businesses based in Southern England. Investments are made through a blend of equity and debt tailored to the individual needs of the company.
We have long track records in the local region and believe that there are substantial opportunities for companies to grow as recessionary pressures reduce.
We do not have rigid criteria for levels of turnover and profit in companies seeking our investment, but we do look for high quality of earnings, defensible market positions, strong management teams and a desire within the business to succeed and grow.
Altitude spends time with the management and stakeholders prior to investment to make sure our goals are aligned. We then work with our management teams to maximise growth and to deliver shareholder value for all parties.
Altitude will consider investment opportunities in most sectors but do not invest in start-up businesses or small management buy-ins.
